Why an ethnographer in our upcoming Liberating Structures workshop?

In March we will immerse ourselves in Liberating Structures. Two Liberating Structures pioneers - Anna Jackson & Fisher Qua - are touring Europe and will engage in a two day experiencial learning experience of Liberating Structures. We have invited Birgt Nieschalk to be our ethnographer at the workshop.

In this recording , Ina Zukrigl Schief, Birgit and I explore what we hope to achieve. For the exchange we used Troika Consulting, one of more than 33 structures from the repertoire of Liberating Structures.
