When I work with a larger group, I like to work with Ina Zukrigl-Schief as co-facilitator.
Together we design the process and share the guidance of the formats. With Ina as co-facilitator there is also the possibility to observe and understand the group dynamics better - four pairs of eyes see more!
Jutta Weimar
Jutta is the owner of Facilitation Academy and an experienced facilitator, coach & trainer.
In her academy I offer workshops on Liberating Structures and we also jointly conduct in-house workshops on LS.
Liberating Network
The Liberating Network is a dynamic and growing group of committed LS practitioners. We are united by our shared experience of what becomes possible when LS are used to shape everyday interactions. We join forces whenever needed to spread and develop the LS practice collectively.
