Toward a leadership that is more lively and fun
I am regularly surprised at how few leaders are shaping the way people relate to one another, or even have an idea of how much they shape the vitality of that space. That'‘s why I wrote a workbook for current and future leaders.
With this book I would like to send leaders on a journey of exploration. I hope it inspires you to become more curious about how you engage with the people around you. You’ll learn by stories from other leaders that there is no need to re-iterate command and control leadership principles from the past, that you as a leader can shape the conditions how people interact with one another. You’ll get space and structure to reflect your stance / perspective on leadership and how this translates into your own leadership style.
